Annnnnnnd you just hit on one of our hiring challenges. I don't feel I
can say anything more without raising the ire of HR, legal exposure,
etc etc, but I'm sure many of you can figure out some of the
challenges we're facing which are being hit on in this and previous
comments.

I wish I could discuss it more, it's a challenging professional problem.
