I had some of what you are talking about.  I couldn’t find a direct replacement but check these out.  Not as simple but might be more flexible for you in the long run and has a built in switch.

If you use “9v led battery red” in the Amazon search bar you can find a few different versions of similar products but still nothing in a single piece like you have (I also had yellow and green versions)
