Feel better, Dave. I got the Omicrud in mid-December. It was 4-5 days of
fever and exhaustion. I had no lung or GI issues.  After the fever passed,
all was well. I was vaxxed in March but developed symptoms 30 hours before
my booster was scheduled. I finally got it last week.  I took a bunch of
vitamin c, vitamin d and ibuprofen to get through it. I hope your case is
as easy, if not easier than mine was.
