Dave,
Keep monitoring your O2 levels and if you hit 90% or lower, go to the ER. I
didn't do that (didn't really realize how sick I was getting) and ended up
spending a week in the hospital last year. My O2 was down to 82% when I was
admitted and I cut it uncomfortably close to being on a ventilator.
Fortunately I responded quite well to the remdesivir and was able to go
home after seven days.
I was two days away from my appointment for the monoclonal antibody
treatment, but unfortunately didn't make it to that appointment before
ending up in the hospital.
Also, don't rush yourself back, you will be very surprised how even a mild
cause will take several weeks to get back to speed.
