[SML] Music stands

We have 4 racks of Wenger stands from 25 years ago. VERY GOOD. Still going strong, give or take a few deaths (To be expected).
10 years ago we ordered enough new wenger ones to fill out a partially empty rack. Ordered same model number. Got sent the ones with the clutch (which now has that model number, I'm told).
They are holding up OK, but don't fit on the racks with the originals (the bottom tube is longer than the originals). I don't like them. (the ones with the clutch)
Only physical issue with Wenger is that when Winds etc want a desk shelf clipped to the bottom of the desk, for _______, they don't fit over the curled Wenger edge, but do on the thin edge of the Manhasset. Whenever the VSO comes, they use our stands for most of the orchestra, but use Manhassets for winds and a few others.

[CAUTION: Non-UBC Email]
We are preparing to buy a new batch of music stands so I seek the wisdom of the group:
Wenger or Manhasset? Or some other brand?
Thanks
