[SML] Bed hooks

I don't want to be snarky but I Googled "Bed Hooks"... too many sources to
list here.

Side note: I have used the type from Rockler (and others) that screws into
the endgrain... because of that fact, they are not very strong and will
eventually work loose. A fix for that is to drill a holes in the bed rail
and insert  dowels in the path of the screws.
