[SML] Control cards for old style CD-80 12 channel dimmer packs

It there anyone that has any control cards for the CD-80 dimmer packs kicking around in a dark corner somewhere?
Our theatre has 2 of the packs. On one, I suspect the card has failed since all channels intermittently pulse on frequent occasions. On the other, when the console is shut down, frequently one or more channels will turn on, so I fear our last remaining pack is on its last legs as well. Thanks for any help.Bill Nelson
