[SML] Control cards for old style CD-80 12 channel dimmer packs

The Trail Theatre in Trail BC has just replaced their rack with relays and
was parting out the racks, i think the dimmers are all gone, but the
control cards and the actual rack/backplane were still there

I know they just had some of them replaced/refurbished
