Buy a TV screen, and mount that in Portrait orientation, in a picture frame, structure?
Install a small “computer” on the back to drive the moving images?
The battery would be a bigger trick.
There are lecterns with LED/LCD screens on the front side (rather than hanging a logo sign/banner). They’ll have a computer built in to drive the images . . . .

Yes, I like it. That is a good starter.
Optimally I would like to offer a sign with direct firing intense LEDs with motion (like a wave pattern across the logo).
But I will leave that to the venue.
Thanks, this is a great start.

I have a new challenge, to find a company that markets/makes battery powered sandwich board signs.
Local building permanent signage zoning has me stumped. But a lit sandwich board sign could work.Especially with motion.
Maybe some has seen something like that at a tradeshow or major market (Vegas, SOHO NYC)
This up-scale venue, currently, has a very dark foreboding setback speakeasy type entrance.
Thanks
Ron
