[SML] Sound board recommendations for theatuh

I like the A&H SQ line as well, but I'm also a fan of the Soundcraft Vi
series as a teaching console.

Having the entire channel strip visible and laid out in a similar manner as
an analog console, for every visible channel on the surface, is a very nice
feature.
