[SML] Come work with me - TD opening

30% of industry works did not return. 
That’s a lot
I’ve was asked to help staff a ME call for tomorrow paying $500 cash and can’t find someone to fill it. 
And I’m training folks as fast as I can, but that takes TIME and the job needs a lot more skill now than it did 20 years ago.

It has been orders of magnitude harder to fill positions, both full time 
and over hire. When I have been able to hire full time folks I get the 
email on the Thursday before that they took another job.
