I can pass on contacts for the performing arts archivist at the Harry Ransom Center (University of Texas at Austin.) They have major holdings across theatre, film, and entertainment (amongst other things) and actively seek to maintain important  collections. A conversation is worthwhile, and at the least I know will be eager to help and make sure these types of documents find the right home.

Please reply directly to me and I’ll help. Ms Emmons did a big favor for me way back when, and would like to pay back the favor if possible.
