Hey,
Up here it can get confusing.  SUNY Has the University At Buffalo (often referred to as UB) That has a Department of Theatre and Dance - Lynne Koscielniak is the Faculty LD lk2 at buffalo.edu<mailto:lk2 at buffalo.edu>.  They also have the Center for the Arts.  Patty Rihn (pmrihn at buffalo.edu<mailto:pmrihn at buffalo.edu>) and Tony Rejewski (arajewsk at buffalo.edu<mailto:arajewsk at buffalo.edu>) are the staff lighting team.

There is also Buffalo State (was College is transitioning to University).  I am sadly unfamiliar with their team.
