If this is for a one-off or your budget is low, we’ve had success using a fan to push normal fog through a cooler filled with regular water ice. The fan was an inline floor-drying fan, so everything could be contained in ducting and we could maintain output. An inline duct fan would work even better, but we didn’t have that at the time. 

We had the advantage of a dining hall-level ice maker at our disposal.
