[SML] used fixtures

I've found that local places (or at least within driving distance) are 
your best bet for passing along older gear. Once you factor in shipping 
costs, the pool of interested parties dries up pretty quick.

I'm in a similar situation with a bunch of Source Four fixtures from a 
recent renovation, and the only takers so far have been local people.
