[SML] Quiet solenoid?

They are super useful on a boat, and on a stage!
West marine has rated hardware at about twice the cost.
Lewmar and Ronstan's rated swivel shackles are similar in price to west marine, or you can pay about 5x that cost (10x the original ebay prices) for one from Harken... but it sure will be nice.
