[SML] Chandeliers LED

The one thing that comes to mind may be the need of a incandescent ghost
load somewhere in a “closet” to help tame the dim curve on the LEDs.  I
have played with all sorts of setups for stage practicals to get it right.
As someone else mentioned it is trial and error to match ip the right
combination sometimes of bulb and dimmer compatibility.--
