[SML] Online ticket sales

We have been using Tix.com for ages and ages..... Quite honestly, in this
age of consolidation and liquidation, I'm surprised they're still around,
but they have been great, and their tech support is outstanding. Amazingly,
we have had the same sales/tech rep for all the (nearly 20) years we've
been using them - my colleague calls or writes "Sylvia" in a Saturday night
panic, and "Sylvia" gets right back to her, and sometimes with another
support person on the line, and they get stuff worked out right away.
Really can't say how Tix.com compares to others (price-wise, service-wise)
- but my colleague that manages that stuff will never give 'em up. Not
until they pry "Sylvia's" number from her cold, dead hands.
