I have seen a lot of good suggestions and possible solutions here. I would STRONGLY suggest you call ETC Technical support. You mentioned it was a newer job and we keep records from every system including load schedules, rack configurations and drawings. They should be able to explain how your system is configured, potentially why AND help you with changes.
