[SML] Surveillance cameras on the audience?

Seems like the 5th row of the audience in a theatre is not likely to be 
considered a private place so the actions you engage in are fair game.  
And furthermore I doubt the video is stored or released UNLESS there is 
a specific incident of bad behaviour.
