I don't recognize that particular unit, but do note that it uses 7 channels, not 6. (5,6,7,8,9,0,1)
I'd still do what Greg suggested...
Set a series of single channels to faders, and start banging away.
If Master Dimmer was the last channel (it sometimes is), then you would not have seen anything if you were only testing with 6 channels.
A few comments.... Maybe there's a Master Dimmer, Maybe not. Maybe there are separate Effect and Speed channels. Maybe the effects just have a series of values and go slow-fast or fast-slow.
There are a ton of possible permutations.
Here are a couple of the possibilities (Note that Macro and Control Channels may be in different order), also note that it is common to have either Master Dimmer, RGB(W), or RGB(W) Master Dimmer:
