[SML] Really bright red LED light source

I do not know what instruments would help you, I leave that to the way more
knowledgeable denizens of this list.
Having done similar effects in the past, maybe you could help the effect by
putting an ultrasonic  humidifier on high output or a hazer or
something for the light to hit which will make it visible to the audience.
