[SML] Sunroof Trap?

Howdy-
I am looking at the possibility of building a new trap cover. I have a dim
(maybe incorrect) memory of someone publishing a plan for a 'sunroof'-style
trap door. I have dug back thru Yale Tech Briefs and USITT Tech Expo
catalogs and can't seem to find anything. Does anybody else remember such a
thing? Anybody have a generic plan for one?
