[SML] Sad news (Bill Fregosi)

Bill was a wonderful colleague and friend. He was a designer who truly
understood the sometimes conflicting needs of the artistic and the
practical. I missed him greatly the last few years that I was at MIT. His
love of opera was legendary and also memorable was the number of miles he
put on his jeep driving from Boston to New York to see the latest operatic
productions.  He will be missed by many of us, but he will be remembered by
an untold number of colleagues, students and Friends. Love and good luck to
his amazing Daughters.
