[SML] Torqueing truss

This seems dubious - Grade 8 Bolts have a Yield Strength of 130kpsi.

  For a standard 5/8" bolt this translates to a dry tightening torque of 
~220lb-ft or a lubricated tightening torque of around half that.

  Does MODTruss recommend lubricated fasteners?
