Yes, cut out the center of the table and do a three sided periaktoi on it’s side with the axle mounted to the underside of the table so that as it rolls one side can become flat with the rest of the table with its meal on it.

A couple of thoughts but nothing fleshed out:

Have the meals slide through slots vertically, controlled by a lever system.

Have the meals rotate in a forth-and-back rotisserie fashion.

Have the second meal designed smaller than and be hidden behind the first, so they are both stood up together. The first one falls to reveal the second.
