[SML] Orch Pit Nets

A pit net may not be required but the building owner has an obligation to
maintain it safe and free of obvious hazards. "Pit" falls are well known.

And while Jeff mentions performers, based on my experience the majority of
these falls are not performers, but guests touring the building, receiving
an award, or otherwise in an unfamiliar area. Just like factories or
construction sites don't let guests wander around, neither should we allow
people unfamiliar with a stage and it's hazard wander around; and there
should be a routine of basic training of the hazards for people who will
be there.
