[SML] Designated aisle seats

What I have done in designing Theaters is to place the FOH sound position
where they should be and designate wheelchair positions closest to the
aisles in the same double-wide rows. The authorities with their ADA
codebooks haven’t stopped me, with the trade offs that I have made.
