After Building(and getting the financing for) over 100 Theaters since 1970,
I can say that I give the structural engineer the weights of every arbor
full, plus the load of TWO 250 pound Stagehands, plus safe lighting. The
investors get this info, also, when they want to know how their money is
spent. [I’m a cautious Lawyer]
