[SML] shadowbox photos

Hi folks;

 

My old high school friend Bruce Thiel is retired from videography and has become an excellent nature photographer. His Instagram account @brucethielphoto shows a sampling of his work photographing scenes from Nebraska; I boast that he’s “the Ansel Adams of Nebraska.” 

 

I’m trying to find a service that would construct his photos as translucent images in backlit frames. I did some searching for him a couple of years ago but the only viable internet-based business could easily convert his digital photo to translucent, but the backlit frame cost over $400!!

 

Does anyone have a business at hand that converts a high-res 24 x 36 digital photo to translucent, with a backlit frame to create a shadowbox, for less than that?
