[SML] New ETC Blue Dome covers

Hiya fine folks.  If you have the snazzy ETC Blue Dome running lights
backstage as I did, you may have found the eyelids don't take kindly to
getting smashed by road cases and pianos.  So as they broke, I replaced
them with these beefy bois.... 3D printed with carbon fiber-infused PETG.
Yeah, they still can break, but that's why we keep extras on hand.  I
designed these a couple years ago, but just recently uploaded it to various
3D printing platforms - feel free to grab 'em.
