That wire mesh must have been sturdy, as people were walking on it. My 
first thought was chain-link fencing, but the panels look too rigid for 
that.

I'm guessing that the foam was a 2-part polyurethane.

I, too, was wondering how the set was going to get out of the shop. :)

Did anyone christen the volcano, "Butt-crack Mountain"?
