I can ask the swaging equipment manufacturers, but I suspect the first question they ask will be about construction.  Assuming it is not 7 X 19  right regular lay, what is 1t?

Howdy-
I am looking to replace the wire rope on a cheap hoist in our scene shop used for positioning and flipping materials. The current cable is 5/32 or 3/16 rotation-resistant wire rope. Can the rotation-resistant stuff be swaged in the same fashion/tools as standard 9x17 wire rope?
