Don, great to hear from you though I wish it were better news. Please tell the people there that we’re grateful for their work - it’s very appreciated by Pat’s Imaginary Internet Friends (as my wife has categorized the people we’ve interacted with and come to care for over decades, without having met).

I used to do EMS; nothing I did was as hard as the long term care of a loved one in a decline due to dementia. Y’all are indeed the best kind of heroes.
