 I was lucky to meet Pat in person about a decade ago when she came to visit the War Horse tour. She was precisely what I expected and we had a great time. 
Best part of this career is the people you meet; worst part of this career is saying goodbye to them the final time. 
I know she’s not gone yet, but she’s one of a half-dozen or so in similar circumstances. I’ve been told it’s “anticipatory grief” but it hurts all the same. 
Y’all take care of yourselves.
