When I was teaching at the BBC's Engineering Training School, a small
sudio was set up with a rig to demonstrate all these effects, live.
There was a dummy head, with small fresnels rigged to light it from
all possible angles, and a small control system, and a TV camera. I
should be surprised if a video had not been made by Bill McVeigh, the
specialist. How to find it is beyond me.
