I'm thinking of a pseudo transformer embedded under a rug such that when you
pace the practical on top of the embedded coil the power can transfer and be
rectified for an LED. The higher the frequency the easier this can be done.

When I compose the orginal email, I did not think their was a way out side
of what Tesla was working on. Being that I work mostly community theatre
with no budget, I thought maybe some one who works on a bigger scale might
have tackled this idea before.
Their were some good thoughts I may need to research that were presented.
