<p dir="ltr">They didn't even mention the metal fabrication shop. Or the convenient pulley systems every ten feet or so for working on large hanging objects... It's pretty sweet. So far I've only gone in there a few times to work on chandeliers, but it is a fabulous building.</p>

71,544 sq ft. $7.2 million. land and building. Set, prop, paint shop. Costume, prop storage. Costume shop elsewhere and will remain as old shops (former skate rink) convert to rehearsal canter. Staff (on site) of about 40 (now that they've all moved over here).<br>
