<p dir="ltr">From long ago but I believe the New Haven CT ahj accepted muslin and a mix of glue and joint compound.  Can't comment on Rosco product. In general the NFPA regs on foam plastic are not enforced as much as they could be and IMHO should be changed to reflect reality and the hazard. Is this ahj younger and/or generally diligent?  </p>
