I don’t know what to suggest for the cracking paint, but as to the paint sticking to itself, what about folding a separator of some kind into it. Wax paper comes to mind, or fabric “Lining material.” (My DaLite Fast-Fold screen material came with tissue paper
folded into it to prevent the screen sticking to itself.)<o:p></o:p></p>
