Bottom pipe. Doesn't take very long when your crew knows what to do. Best shows have a cart the pipe rides on. The others we toss on a couple of furniture dollies. Bundle and tape the pipe for each drop them label.<br>

Some touring drops have an aluminum frame that attaches to the sides to prevent hour-glassing.<br>
