Turning clearances, GOOD and large casters, and truck door openings have been mentioned. But don't forget the crown of the 'dock plate', stairs and ramps (yes, there is a ramp to the stage, but it's a dog-leg for wheelchairs). Don't forget to put a 'smaller' caster under the belly of this beast, otherwise you will be cursed every time this cart goes up and down the ramp to the truck.
Safe handles that don't pinch your fingers. Anchors for cargo straps and think about where the ratchet handle 'lives' while in use (too many times the location was not considered for the truck and the strap needs to be removed for cartage and put back on at the next venue).
Every venue will need to be vetted (I would honestly say "walked" with an eye to potential problems).
Has ANYONE in the front office hinted there might be some 'fill-in' performances that no-one has considered this MUST HAVE PIECE won't fit and what to do about it?
