<div>Savoy demolition article here:......it sold at a seemingly very low price given it's size and location.....not that there's ever anything fishy going on with NYC real estate but this sold for $575,000 while a 450 sq ft one bedroom condo in a building
across the street (about the same vintage) is going for $395,000. </div>
