Yes, good theatre makeup is expensive, but you get what you pay for! Suck it up and shell out some bucks for some good quality stuff and a bunch of cheap applicators (sponges, etc.) and, with proper care, it will last quite a while.<br>

Cut corners elsewhere on your production, but NEVER CUT CORNERS ON SAFETY. Proper makeup is safe makeup.<br>
