<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">Campus utility workers were changing bulbs in my building.  A T-10 60w bulb, vertical in a socket, had the glass envelope separate from the screw-in base. 
 They pulled the base out from the reflector from above, and found no glass envelope.  About 1 second later, they located the envelope by the sound of the smash 60 below.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
