<font face="Arial">/etc/httpd/sites-enabled is supposed to contain
symbolic links to </font><font face="Arial">/etc/httpd/sites-available
files. have you looked for </font><font face="Arial">/etc/httpd/sites-available
, and verified that the configs are there? If they are, you
merely need to create symbolic links.<br>

Also, if it is a symlink issue, the latest versions of the Apache
configuration is sensitive to the actual format of the
file/symlink names. They must have the full ".conf" extension on
them. previous versions did not care and would start up anything
in the directory. Now it actually matters. I hit this problem
when I upgraded from Debian Wheezy to Jesse (debian 8.3).<br>
