<div>The proper choice or design of a building is critical to the success of the venture.</div>


<div>Converting an existing building may be less expensive than building a new space.  The existing space that will make a perfect theater is rare.  There's usually a compromise to be lived with.  Affordable rent, adequate power, HVAC, reasonable ceiling height,


 enough structure to support a grid, enough entrances/exits to satisfy the code, and adequate parking are all things to look for.</div>
