They could object to a number of things. The open wells are one. Typically there are a lot of overhead obstructions that they might also find objective. The number of things they don’t like is only limited by their imagination.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">One of the way to short circuit their complaints is to declare the grid, loading bridge and the access to both a Limited Access Zone. This means that only authorized people are permitted in these areas. There are a number of things you have to do to control the Limited Access Zone; appropriate signage in the proper areas, documented training for all of your technicians who are authorized to work in these areas and all prudent steps to minimize the hazards. PPE, railings and/or Fall Arrest equipment, etc.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">OSHA understands Limited Access Zones.
