Rail? This theatre doesn't have any fly space. Everything over the stage is<br class="">
dead-hung.<br class="">

I suppose something could be installed over the audience seating, but then<br class="">
crew would have to be taught how to counterweight battens properly.<br class="">

Without having permanent stage crew, I do not consider counterweight systems<br class="">
to be safe enough to use.<br class="">
