Joe’s suggestion of using the Podium as a bounce can be very effective. If the surface is not shiny, the glare will not bother the speaker, but you can often get enough light onto it to “fill in the creases”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the light bouncing off of it will illuminate his face. We often create a video of the presentation, so we need at least some supplemental light, even if the audience can see enough from the light bouncing off the screen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
